Covid Policy 

If you are not feeling well or have been around anyone showing cold symptoms such as a cough or fever within the last 14 days or traveling, please consider scheduling your appointment later. Please sanitize your hands upon arrival. As a priority for the health and safety of all of us, we have installed an H13 medical-grade True HEPA filtration air purifier to remove 99.9 % of airborne particles with UV-C technology to kill germs, bacteria, and viruses. The salon is disinfected and sanitized between guests, including all equipment, check-out, and payment tool iPads and screens. We will be closely monitoring and following all Santa Clara County mandates. Hair by Gabie G will continue to adapt as needed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment when you visit the salon's suite.

Credit Cards are required for all bookings and must be on file to book and rebook any future appointments.

Cancelation Policy

Because we reserve this time exclusively for you, it becomes a missed opportunity for the studio to regain an additional booking to cover the monetary loss of your visit. If you need to cancel or make any changes, please text, call, or email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled visit will be subject to a late cancellation of 50% of the service total. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled visit will be subject to 100% of the service total, and there are no exceptions to these cancelation policies.

No-Show Appointments 

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to 100% of the booked services due to loss of revenue. No exceptions.

If You're Running Late 

Considering our entire community, the Artist, and scheduling commitments to other guests, If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your Artist will consult you. If needed, you will be rescheduled and charged accordingly.

Credit Cards and Fees 

A valid credit card is required when booking to hold your appointment and will serve as your default payment method in the event of late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-show appointments. All credit card transactions will be subject to a 2-5% service fee. Prices listed on the website and online booking are starting prices for each service and are subject to change based on customer requests and individual hair needs.

Smoothing Treatments

We cannot accept booking of smoothing treatments online as they are a process that requires an in-person consultation before booking. Consultations with Gabie are always complimentary and booked by calling her directly. The Artist will return calls as soon as possible. 

New Guests 

Gabie is looking forward to meeting you! 

Our existing guests are encouraged to register for online booking; however, we do recommend new guests call Gabie directly before booking if this is their first visit. Having a conversation with you allows your Artist to answer any questions and concerns you may have and tailor the upcoming appointment to your specific needs. Please call the salon to complete your booking process. If Gabie is with a guest, she will return your call. 

Adjustments 

It may not be made online and must be booked by calling Gabie directly. Adjustments will not be honored seven days after your previously scheduled service.

Bang Cuts and Neck Trim Services

Bang and Trim Service l

Existing guests will receive a one-time complimentary bang or neck trim service to freshen up bangs or clean up excess hair around the neck and ears between your monthly maintenance appointments. Your Artist will only perform bang and neck trims on clean, dry hair. Booking time is reserved for ten minutes between already scheduled appointments and is just for you. Considering our entire community, the Artist, and scheduling commitments to other guests, please arrive promptly. If you need additional Bang or Neck Trim, please book accordingly by choosing Bang or Neck Trim Service ll.  After your complimentary service, each Bang or Neck trim cost is elevated to $20.00 each visit Please review the salon's late policy.

 Bang and Neck Trim Service ll

If you have already indulged in your complimentary Bang or Neck Trim Service l and would like to book another, please schedule this booking under Bang and Neck Trim ll. The cost is $20.00 per guest per visit. Your Artist will only perform bang and neck trims on clean, dry hair. Booking time is reserved for ten minutes between already scheduled appointments and is just for you. Service and Product Guarantee

Hair by Gabie G Strives to build trust and long-term, lasting relationships with our guests. For any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please call within five days of your original service date, and we will provide a complimentary service. Adjustment services are scheduled over the phone and exactly like a regular appointment; however, they are free. Hair at Gabie G does not offer refunds on any services or personal products.
